Breast Cancer

Several studies suggest links between nutrition and cancer, specifically breast cancer

Women who eat a large amount of fruits and vegetables a day may have a lower risk of breast cancer, especially malignant tumors, according to a new study by researchers at Harvard University.

Chan School of Public Health, in their findings, cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and yellow and orange vegetables were particularly strongly associated with reduced risk of breast cancer

Foods that are known to be important in preventing disease include:

* Unsaturated fats found in fish and vegetable oils.
* Fiber found in whole grain food, vegetables and fruit that helps to address the protection. It is recommended to take 5 servings, including 3 servings of vegetables and 2 fruits per day to benefit from the benefits because it helps the digestive system to get rid of toxins faster. In addition, vegetables and fruits contain a high percentage of antioxidants that provide cancer prevention.
Soy contains an antioxidant that prevents the formation and proliferation of cancer cells. So it is advised to eat twice a week not more because the excessive intake may have side effects according to studies.
